Certified organic ingredients: Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza Glabra), Spearmint (Mentha spicata), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)

Note: Licorice is not recommended for those who are pregnant, or suffer from hypertension.

Love Tea's naturopath has carefully selected this blend of organic herbs, to help support a deeper, more rejuvenating sleep cycle. Herbs used in this blend, including passion flower, valerian and lavender, have traditionally been used to support the nervous system, aid relaxation and improve sleep quality. This is a gentle, comforting blend of earthy botanicals, which offers a smooth, slightly sweet and refined mint finish. This blend is caffeine-free.

Place 1 pyramid into a cup (250 ml) and add boiling, filtered water at 75-85 degrees Celsius. Allow to infuse for 3-5+ minutes, and then remove the bag and serve.

Love Tea's tea bags are made from a biodegradable plant-based material called Soilon, which is not plastic. These Soilon bags have met all compostability standards in Japan, Europe and North America.

Love Tea was founded in Melbourne, Australia in 2006, by naturopathy students Emma Watson and Damien Amos.
