PLANT-BASED DIET
Plant-Based Diet & Living
We have been taught that we need to eat animal meat in order to get enough nutrients for our body to become healthy. While this may be true to many people, many people also find themselves thrive on plant-based diets.
How do cows, for example, grow so big and have many muscles with grass as their food?
You may find it hard to switch to a plant-based diet. But did you know that many foods that you eat everyday are plants themselves already? You only need to reduce, or eliminate the animal elements from your meals. Absolutely not drastic changes we are talking about here.
Dairy
We have been taught to drink milk (cow’s milk primarily) and eat cheese. But do you know how they are produced?
Animal milk is simply “breast milk."
The dairy industry has the cows ARTIFICIALLY impregnated REPEATEDLY to enable milk production to sell off to humans for their consumption. Calves cannot drink their mother’s milk and are separated from their mothers shortly after they are born, which is an industry practice.

Veganism
Initially we loved the idea of veganism, a living style free of animal-derived foods and products. That includes dairy, eggs, honey and leather goods. However, after some careful reflections, we also recognized that in many parts of the world, animal meat and parts are essential to a lot of people's survival. So now we use this term rather carefully.
Imitation Meat & Lab-Grown Meat
For flexitarians and people who are in the process of switching to plant-based diets, imitation or lab-grown meat might be very appealing to them.
However, because we are against all highly-processed foods and chemical food additives, we strongly encourage you to opt for unprocessed and whole foods whenever possible.
Step by step, you will see the beauty of whole foods and gain maximum nutrients from them.
