1. Order Process

 

(1) Select products and add them into the Shopping Cart

 

(2) When you finish shopping, proceed to Checkout

 

(3) You will be asked to enter personal and delivery details (either register for an account with which you can earn reward dollars and save time entering information every time, or select “Guest Checkout” in which instance no personal details will be saved for future)

 

(4) Proceed to Confirmation where you will be asked to enter delivery notes (optional), select payment methods and enter e-coupon code (if any)

 

(5) Review order details and confirm order

 

(6) A system email will be sent to you immediately for your record

 

(7) AwareStore personnel will contact you to confirm delivery date and time

 

(8) We encourage you to take note of your newly set-up login password; but even if you really have forgotten your login password later, don’t worry! You can reset it very easily: simply click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the login page or right here. Once you have entered your login account email address in the provided field there and click the “Continue” button, an email containing a “password reset hyperlink” will immediately be sent to this email inbox from our system. You can click on that hyperlink (within 24 hours of that sent to you) and proceed to reset your login password.

3. Delivery Arrangements

 

Delivery Charges Per Order:

In general, we deliver according to the following schedule (subject to changes).

 

Additional remark:

 

(1) Within the next working day after receiving your order, we will contact you by WhatsApp (or phone) to confirm delivery date and time with you.

 

(2) On the delivery day, customer will receive a call from us roughly 30 minutes before the delivery arrives. If for any reason we are late, we will also communicate with you in advance.

 

(3) All goods must be received by customer with a signature. AwareStore will not be responsible for any associated risks otherwise.

 

(4) Orders failed to be received by customer for two times will be cancelled without notice. If the order has already been paid, no refund can be arranged. If customer still needs the order, they can contact AwareStore within one week from date of second delivery attempt to schedule self-pick-up within that week.

 

(5) Delivery services may be adversely affected by bad weathers.

 

(6) Only one delivery destination is allowed per order.

 

(7) On any order over $20, AwareStore can arrange free MTR station delivery (behind gate / within paid area) for customer. MTR station, date and time will be decided upon through our communications with customer. Limited to a station along these 4 lines: Island Line, Kwun Tong Line, Tseung Kwan O Line and Tsuen Wan Line.

 

(8) If customer would like to receive their relatively light and easy-to-pack item(s) through Hongkong Post, they can select desired Hongkong Post postage category and postage fee based on weight (can Contact Us for weight confirmation) under “Delivery” (“Product”) and add it into their Shopping Cart. AwareStore can normally arrange the order to be posted according to customer’s declared preference.

 

(9) If total order amount is under $700 and customer wants normal AwareStore delivery services, they can also “add” applicable delivery fee(s) shown in “Delivery” page into their Shopping Cart in advance for order amount calculation and AwareStore’s quicker arrangement.

 

 

 

4. Returns

 

If the merchandise you received is defective, please record it with photos and email them to cs@awarestore.com.hk together with a brief description of the defect. We will respond within two business days.
