- Bottles must be completely clean and dried (to streamline collection process and avoid potential issues with customs clearance)
- Please pack with preferably carton box not larger than 50 x 50 x 50 cm

Background:

- Starting year 2020, ecostore Hong Kong distributor officially accepts empty ecostore bottles returns. After the bottles are returned to them, they will be shipped back to New Zealand for recycling into new ecostore bottles. - At the moment AwareStore is unable to deliver goods and collect empty bottles on the same trip because of high logistic costs.
